¼ cup of Cottage Cheese (low or nonfat)
¾ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
½ cup of Milk (low or nonfat)
½ packet artificial sweetener of choice
Blend ½ cup of the blueberries, cottage cheese, milk and artificial sweetener until smooth. Gently mix in remaining blueberries. Serve in a pudding dish or cup.
