1/4 cup cottage cheese (low or nonfat)
3/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 cup milk (low or nonfat)
1/2 packet artificial sweetener of choice
Blend 1/2 cup of blueberries, cottage cheese, milk and artificial sweetener until smooth. Gently mix in remaining blueberries. Serve in pudding dish or cup.
